Shipping policy
Order Confirmation & Processing
Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your order. Shipping typically takes up to 14 business days, depending on your location. As soon as your parcel is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Package Inspection
Always inspect your package before accepting or collecting it. If the parcel appears damaged, do not accept it. In such cases, take photos of the package and report the issue to the shipping carrier and contact us via email.
Fragile Items & Packaging
Due to the delicate nature of our handmade glass and ceramics items, we take great care in packing every order securely. We use recycled packaging materials whenever possible. Despite clear “fragile” labeling, shipping carriers do not always handle parcels with the care they deserve.
Please note:
We cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs after the parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Return to sender
If a package is shipped and not collected by the recipient, resulting in it being returned to us, the buyer will be charged a new shipping fee to have the package sent again.
Studio Pickup (Gustavsberg)
You are welcome to pick up your order at our studio in Gustavsberg. Simply select the “Studio Pickup” option at checkout. Please also email us to arrange a pickup time, as the studio is not open to visitors daily.

At the moment, we only offer shipping within the EU.
