Refund policy

 

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you've notified us of your decision, you have an additional 14 days to return the item(s). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the product has been used, we will assess its condition and determine whether it can be resold. Any reduction in the item’s value due to use or wear will be deducted from the refund. Items that are damaged or broken upon return will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued for such items.

Important Return Instructions

• Clearly mark the package as a return to avoid import/customs charges.

• Carefully wrap and package all items to prevent damage during transit. Refunds cannot be issued for items damaged during return shipping.
